I was born in 1975 in South Africa. In 1994 I worked in Israel as a volunteer on a kibbutz. There I met my husband of 28 years. We lived in South Africa until 2 years ago when we immigrated to Israel with our four daughters.
I am a self-taught artist whose passion for art started as a child. I have always been involved in creative activities and have attended workshops and online painting courses, continuously aiming to learn more and improve my skills. I have taken part in numerous group exhibitions both in South Africa and in Israel.
I paint oil paintings, with a focus on portraits and skyscapes, aspiring to realistically portray my subjects whether it be a person or a cloud. My paintings are my emotions. That which I cannot express in words, I express through my art. My wish is for whoever views my paintings to feel. Nostalgia, hope, an emotional connection to the moment I have chosen to capture in a painting because I could not express it in words.
